Star Trek Beyond

We were overjoyed at the opportunity to work with our long time Fast & Furious collaborator Justin Lin on an out of this world action movie. Our work began with the big swarm ship attack. Capturing the right sense of character and dynamics for the swarm proved to be a huge challenge. Like a flock of deranged birds, or a school of vicious fish, the swarm had to demonstrate its hive-mind intelligence as well as its take-no-prisoners aggressiveness. Once principle photography wrapped, we went on to generate hundreds of Postvis shots for editorial and our In-House VFX team completed dozens of final shots.
